Discovery Call
A free 20-minute call where we learn about your business, your goals, and what isn't working on your website right now.

Proposal & Agreement
Within 48 hours of your discovery call, you'll receive a proposal covering scope, timeline, and cost. If it's a fit, you sign and pay a 50% deposit to begin.

Step 3
Audit & Research
We review your existing website, research your market, and look at what competitors are doing. This tells us where the gaps and opportunities are before any design work starts.

Step 4
Strategy Blueprint
Before any design work begins, you get a full blueprint: every page, every section, and every call to action, mapped out and explained. You review and approve it before we build anything.

Step 5
Design & Copy
Design and copy are built together. Every visual choice and every line of copy is written with a specific reason behind it, based on the strategy from step 4.

Step 6
Launch & Handoff
We test the website across devices, then hand it over with a full walkthrough so you know how to manage it. Final payment (the remaining 50%) is due on launch day.

Do I need to know exactly what pages I need?
No, you don't need to. We analyze your business and customer journey first, then tell you exactly what your site needs to convert. You describe the problem. We come up with the solution.
What platform do you build on?
Webflow for service businesses and personal brands. Shopify for retail and e-commerce. Both platforms give you a clean, user-friendly admin, so you can update content, swap images, and make changes yourself without ever calling a developer.
How long does a project take?
Starter projects are complete in 6 weeks. Standard and Premium projects typically take 6-8 weeks from the strategy call. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive launches.
Do you write the copy or do I?
We write everything. Copywriting is included in every project, because a beautifully designed site with weak messaging doesn't convert. It just looks nice while losing you clients.
What if I don't have a logo or brand yet?
Not a problem. Brand identity is available as an add-on: logo, colours, and typography built to match the quality of what you actually do.
What makes Jstfїed different from other agencies?
We're not a marketing agency that also does websites. Everything we offer exists to get more people to your website and turn them into clients: brand identity, ad campaigns, photography, we treat all of it as fuel for the website, not separate services running in parallel. Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
