The six steps, from first call to launch
Every Jstfїed project follows the same six-step process, starting with a free discovery call and ending with a fully launched, converting website. Most projects go live within six weeks. Below, you'll find exactly what happens at each stage, what we need from you, and when.

Discovery Call
A free 20-minute call where we learn about your business, your goals, and what isn't working on your website right now.

Step 2
Proposal & Agreement
Within 48 hours of your discovery call, you'll receive a proposal covering scope, timeline, and cost. If it's a fit, you sign and pay a 50% deposit to begin.

Step 3
Audit & Research
We review your existing website, research your market, and look at what competitors are doing. This tells us where the gaps and opportunities are before any design work starts.

Step 4
Strategy Blueprint
Before any design work begins, you get a full blueprint: every page, every section, and every call to action, mapped out and explained. You review and approve it before we build anything.

Step 5
Design & Copy
Design and copy are built together. Every visual choice and every line of copy is written with a specific reason behind it, based on the strategy from step 4.

Step 6
Launch & Handoff
We test the website across devices, then hand it over with a full walkthrough so you know how to manage it. Final payment (the remaining 50%) is due on launch day.

Do I need to know exactly what pages I need?
No. Part of Step 4 (the Strategy Blueprint) is figuring out exactly which pages your site needs based on your goals, we map this out with you, you don't need to arrive with a finished plan.
What platform do you build on?
We build on Webflow for most projects, and Shopify for e-commerce sites. Both give you full ownership and the ability to make basic edits yourself after launch.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are live within 6 weeks from the discovery call, depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back at each stage.
Do you write the copy or do I?
We write everything. Copywriting is included in every project, because a beautifully designed website with weak messaging doesn't convert. It just looks nice while losing you clients.
What if I don't have a logo or brand yet?
That's fine, brand identity is one of our core services. We can build your logo, color system, and brand guidelines as part of your project, or before it if you need brand assets first.
What makes Jstfїed different from other agencies?
We don't treat your website as a one-time project. Every website we build comes with the option to keep growing it, through SEO, content, automation, and email, so the work doesn't stop the day it launches.
Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
Yes. We're based in Canada and primarily serve Canadian businesses, but we work with founders and service businesses anywhere. If you're ready to convert, we're ready to build.
